Del Professore is a range of vermouths and spirits made in Italy. The collection is named after the legendary 19th century bartender Jerry Thomas, also known as ‘The Professor’. Launched in 2021, the Chinato expression sits between a vermouth and a red wine. It has a delightful bitter character, with notes of orange, wormwood, vanilla and coriander seeds.
