Located in the Valpolicella region of Veneto, La Giuva was founded by Alberto Malesani, the renowned Italian football coach. For the production of this Valpolicella Superiore DOC, grapes are left to dry for approximately 30 days, before pressing for extra concentration. After malolactic fermentation is carried out, the wine is mixed in equal parts with fresh Valpolicella, that will go on to age for at least 12 months in oak.
