Valdipiatti Vino Nobile di Montepulciano 1988 is a fully mature medium-bodied red wine produced from estate-grown Sangiovese grapes in the Montepulciano region of Tuscany. The wines of Valdipiatti have been overseen by Bordeaux oenologist Eric Boissenot since 2010. With mature aromas of complex sweet red cherry, chocolate, mocha and dried mushroom, this is an excellent example of mature Sangiovese with complex tertiary-focused character.
