The estate in its contemporary form was founded by Olivier Collin in 2003. The Chardonnay vines contributing to the ‘Les Roises’ cuvée boast an impressive 60-year age, and the resulting wine stands out as truly remarkable and distinctive. It likely holds the title of the most age-worthy among Collin`s wines, owing to the remarkable concentration and density inherent to the champagne.
