Two Hands Aerope Grenache 2011 is a mature, full-bodied red wine produced from Grenache grapes in the Barrossa Valley of Australia. Two Hands was founded by Michael Twelftree and Richard Mintz in 1999, their ultimate aim being to produce the best Shiraz based wines in Australia. Over the years the range has expanded and now includes numerous benchmark varietal wines showcasing the wealth of exceptional old-vine fruit in Barrossa and McLaren Vale. Two Hands` Aerope cuvée is produced from the best Grenache parcels in each vintage. Producer note on the 2011. "Deep and concentrated on the palate with bouncy and very expressive dark fruits, the flow here is admirable, this gives a burst of fruit and then it hit another gear and keeps flowing. Wow there is a lot to like here, layers of deep concentrated fruits flow and flow. It holds it’s line and length so well and is in a way big but gentle.
