The Tres Tribus Tobalá is a mezcal made from the wild Tobalá agave variety – scientifically known as Agave potatorum. Typically, a Tobalá mezcal will exhibit a more delicate and floral character compared to mezcals made from the more common Espadín agave. Expect notes of tropical fruit, flowers, and herbs, as well as a gentle sweetness and a touch of minerality on the palate.
