Established in 1995, Del Maguey produces single-village, terroir-driven mezcals, made by traditional methods. This particular expression is named after the village in which it was produced, San Baltazar Chichicapa. Bottled at 48% ABV, it offers notes of toasted corn, almonds, chocolate and hints of menthol and citrus fruit.
