Tour St Bonnet 1996 is a full-bodied, mature red wine from the Médoc region of Bordeaux. Located in the village of Saint-Christoly, Château Tour Saint-Bonnet is a Cru Bourgeois property which has been owned by the Lafon family since 1903. The property`s wines typically contain a relatively high proportion of Merlot and are matured for 18 months in large oak foudres. This example is from the excellent 1996 Bordeaux vintage and is in peak drinking condition.
