This is a premium white wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from the Milmanda vineyard, which is located in the Conca de Barberà region of Catalonia. The name ‘Milmanda’ refers to the historic castle that is situated close to the vineyard. On the nose, the wine offers aromas of ripe fruit, citrus, and floral notes, along with hints of vanilla and toast from the oak aging. The palate is full-bodied, with a creamy texture and well-integrated acidity, which balances the richness of the wine. Flavours of ripe apple, pear, and citrus are complemented by subtle oak and mineral notes, leading to a long, persistent finish.
