This opulent and textured fusion of Grenache Blanc [60%] and Pedro Ximénez [40%] marks the second addition to the Terroir Al Límit white wine collection. The grapes are hand-harvested, undergo a five-day whole-bunch fermentation in stainless-steel and cement tanks, and subsequently mature for six months in cement. The traditional approach involving extraction, oxidation, and maceration results in a wine with sleek and well-structured layers, leaning towards a style reminiscent of red wines rather than typical whites.
