Terroir al Limit Dits Del Terra 2012

HED98695 75cl 13.5%
Terroir al Límit Dits del Terra 2012 is a blend primarily composed of local grape varieties, featuring elements from the vineyards in the rugged landscape of Priorat. This wine displays a deep ruby colour, indicative of its concentrated fruit. The nose offers aromas of dark berries, earth, and subtle herbal notes, reflecting the complex terroir. The palate reveals a medium body with a balanced acidity, showcasing flavours of ripe black fruit, mineral undertones, and a touch of spice.

This vintage reflects the vision of Dominik Huber, who, alongside Eben Sadie in the early years of the estate, helped shape Terroir al Límit’s philosophy of low-intervention winemaking. The grapes, sourced from old vines rooted in Priorat’s famed llicorella slate soils, lend the wine its distinctive depth and structure. A precise yet expressive interpretation of the region, it embodies Huber’s commitment to finesse over power, offering a wine of quiet intensity and refined complexity.
