`Amaranta` from Tenuta Ulisse is made from Abruzzo`s most important red grape, Montepulciano d`Abruzzo. Ruby red with garnet reflections, intense on the nose with a fruity bouquet and notes of dried flowers, spice, liquorice, and cherries. Velvety, almost creamy, with beautifully integrated tannins. An elegant, well balanced red with a long finish. Ideal pairing with roasts, game and mature cheese.
