14 year old Tennessee bourbon whisky from an undisclosed distillery, independently bottled by that Boutique-y Whisky Company. A nose of maple syrup, oak char and ripe pear is followed by a big, deep palate with vanilla, honey and a hint of leather. The is long and evolving and brings a little more toasty wood character. Limited to just 547 bottles.
