The 30-year-old Teeling single malt was distilled in 1991 and initially matured in ex-bourbon casks before undergoing a secondary maturation for over 9 years in Sauternes wine casks. The result is a distinctive, well-balanced Irish whiskey, with a fruity character balanced by savoury notes. A world-class dram presented in a beautiful decanter.

Teeling is a family-owned Irish whiskey distillery based in Dublin, Ireland. Established in 2012, the Teeling Distillery has already made a name for itself as a pioneer in the revival of Irish whiskey-making. The Teeling family has a long history in the whiskey industry, dating back to the 18th century when Walter Teeling set up a small distillery in Dublin.

Teeling is renowned for its innovative approach to whiskey-making, using only the finest natural ingredients and cutting-edge techniques to create unique and flavorful whiskies. The distillery is committed to sustainability, using a gravity-fed water system and recycling its waste to minimize its environmental impact. Teeling's signature whiskey is the Teeling Small Batch, a blend of hand-selected malt and grain whiskies that are aged in former bourbon barrels and finished in Central American rum casks.
