The Szepsy family has been producing Tokaj wines since the 1500s and 18th generation family member, Istvàn Szepsy, is widely regarded as one of the greatest winemakers in Hungary. This is one of a series of dry single vineyard expressions of Hungarian native variety, Furmint. These wines are excellent to drink young but have real potential to age.
