Blue Peak is produced in the elevated terrains of Denver, taking its name from a 13-thousand-foot peak. Aged for four years and matured in charred New American oak casks with a solera finish, it presents a smooth profile dominated by prominent vanilla notes. Occasional bursts of fruit and butterscotch add complexity, resulting in a well-balanced character with minimal sharpness.
