St. Nicholas Abbey is the oldest functioning plantation in Barbados and one of the oldest in the Caribbean. It was originally a sugar plantation, but it began producing rum in the 1700s. This single cask rum underwent two decades of maturation prior to bottling. Its palate unfolds with opulent flavours, including treacle, coconut, and the enticing essence of caramelized pineapple.
