Established in 1982, St. George Spirits is an artisanal distillery based in Alameda, California. Terroir Gin was created as an ode to the wild beauty of California, inspired by hiking the trails on Mount Tamalpais – known locally as Mount Tam. Unlike your classic London Dry gin, St George subdues the juniper flavours, instead promoting the Douglas fir, sage and bay laurel notes. Perfect on the rocks or in a Martini.
