Domaine des Miroirs Sonorité du Vent Les Saugettes 2015 is a medium-bodied white wine produced from Chardonnay grapes in the Jura region of France. The ultimate `unicorn` Jura producer, Kenjiro Kagami was mentored by the likes of JF Ganevat and Bruno Schueller and manages three hectares of vineyards in the Grusse area of Jura. This cuvée is made from biodynamically farmed Chardonnay and is aged on lees for 12 months with no sulphur added.
