Sokol Blosser Evolution Lucky No. 9 White 2021 is a medium-bodied, off-dry white wine from the Dundee Hills sub-region of Oregon. A hugely complex mélange of Riesling, Pinot Gris, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscadet, Canelli, Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer, the Evolution Lucky No. 9 White was fermented with ambient yeasts and matured for about six months in steel tanks before being bottled unfined and unfiltered. Expect an aromatic wine with notes of exotic citrus, lychee and ripe melon.
