Founded in 1876 by Giuseppe and Pietro Simi, two brothers from Italy, Simi Winery has a long history of winemaking in the region. The winery`s first harvest was in 1876, and it has been producing wines ever since, making it one of the oldest continuously operating wineries in Sonoma County. With more than four decades of graceful aging, this Cabernet Sauvignon boasts a complex bouquet of blackcurrants, dried plums and cedar, accompanied by hints of tobacco and leather. On the palate, indulge in velvety tannins, well-integrated oak, and a lingering, harmonious finish.
