100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the rarely seen 1987 vintage. Aromas of bread dough, dusty strawberry and red pepper. Moderate body on entry which builds to a fuller mid-palate although it’s very much a delicate wine. The finish is driven by a fresh cranberry tartness which adds a frame to its long length with an ever-so-slight tannic grip. Decanting suggested due to moderate sediment. Enjoy now.
