Scilly Spirit Distillery was founded in 2019 by the husband-and-wife team Arthur and Hilary Miller. They are based on St Mary`s, the largest and most populous island of the Isles of Scilly. This is their flagship gin, presented in a beautiful bottle inspired by the Bishop Rock Lighthouse. Mouth-coating and rounded on the palate, the gin shows soft citrus and juniper on the fore, followed by layers of fennel, a fruity peppery note and subtle spice. A very elegant and versatile spirit.
