Scala Dei Massipa 2021 is a full-bodied single-vineyard white wine produced in the Priorat region of Catalan Spain. Scala Dei Scala Dei is the oldest winery in Priorat, established by Carthusian monks in 1163. Massipa is a re-launch of Scala Dei`s flagship white wine and is produced with the aim of showing the fresh side of old-vine Grenache Blanca. The wine is fermented in traditional stone vats before being aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months. The wine is textured and fresh, displaying notes of ripe citrus and stonefruits along with hints of white flowers and Mediterranean herbs.
