Sakkie Mouton, the owner and winemaker, is a passionate and talented individual who has been garnering attention for his small-batch, high-quality wines. The 2021 ‘Full on Misfit’ is a blend composed of 55% Colombard, 21% Chenin Blanc, 19% Palomino and 5 % Chenel. They were naturally fermented and left to age on the gross lees for 8 months prior to being bottled unfiltered and unfined.
