Located in the charming village of Saint-Romain, Henri et Gilles Buisson is a family-run estate with a rich history dating back to the 12th century. It wasn`t until 1947, however, that they made the decision to independently bottle their wines. `Sous le Chateau,` one of the Chardonnay sites owned by the Buisson family, is renowned for its warmth. It yields white wines with a creamy character, featuring distinct notes of white flowers, nectarine, white peach, vanilla, and citrus fruit.
