Henri & Gilles Buisson is a family-owned domaine based in the town of Saint-Roman. The family has been settled in this area since the 12th century, but it was not until 1947 when they decided to bottle their own wines. Considered the warmest Saint-Romain Chardonnay site that the Buissons own, ‘Sous le Chateau’ produces creamy expressions, boasting notes of white flowers, nectarine, white peach, vanilla and citrus fruit.
