Rossville Union Rye 7 Year Old is a small-batch, age-statement straight rye whiskey produced at the Ross & Squibb Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, USA. Harking back to the heyday of American rye, this traditionally made whiskey was matured for seven years in charred American oak casks and bottled at a cask strength of 58.5%. Expect a complex blend of caramel and herbaceous notes with hints of wood spice and vanilla.
