Loredan Gasparini Rosso della Casa Venegazzu 2018 is a medium-bodied Bordeaux-style red blend produced in Venegazzu in the Volpago del Montello of Veneto in northern Italy. Loredan Gasparini produces two of the finest red wines in the Veneto region, along with a number of high-quality Asolo Proseccos. All the wines are made from estate-grown fruit. Most notable in its Venegazzu vineyards is the presence of an iron-rich soil known as `ferreto`, which confers on the wines made here their fine structure and pronounced minerality. The Rosso della Casa is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec grapes and is aged for 18 months in large-format oak casks.
