Mittnacht Freres Rosacker Pinot Gris 2019 is a full-bodied, off-dry white wine from the Grand Cru Rosacker vineyard in the Alsace region of France. Founded in 1958, Domaine Mittnacht is a 23ha biodynamically farmed estate based around the villages of Hunawihr and Ribeauvillé. Expect a spicy, fleshy Pinot Gris with notes of ripe yellow apples, pears and honey. The perfect pairing with spicy South East Asian seafood.
