This is a 15-year-old rum from Panamanian producer Ron Abuelo, based in Pesé. It’s a mature rum, first aged in ex-American oak barrels and then finished in casks that previously held cognac. Rich but elegant, with a diverse flavour profile including notes of prunes, sultanas, dates, marzipan and toasted oak.
