Roebuck Estate’s Classic Cuvée from the 2014 vintage is a multi-vineyard blend of 47% Chardonnay, 38% Pinot Noir and 15% Pinot Meunier sourced from various sites across southern England. All fruit was 100% hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed prior to fermentation in a combination of stainless steel and French oak. Matured for 36 months, this is a wonderfully fresh and elegant English sparkling wine but has delicious underlying toasty richness and savoury complexity. It is the perfect match for fish and chips.
