Château Rocheyron is a St-Émilion estates owned and operated by Peter Sisseck, the winemaker best known for producing Pingus in Spain’s Ribera del Duero. From the vastly underrated 2012 vintage, this is composed of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc. Perfect for drinking now, this would make a fine accompaniment to roast beef or lamb.
