The Reyneke Reserve White is a high-quality white wine crafted by Reyneke, situated in Stellenbosch, South Africa. Established by Johan Reyneke in 1998, the winery stands out for its unwavering dedication to biodynamic and organic practices throughout their vineyards and winemaking process. Reyneke carefully selects the finest Sauvignon Blanc grapes from their estate`s top vineyard plots to create this exceptional white wine. Embracing traditional techniques, the grapes are harvested by hand and undergo fermentation using indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels. The wine then matures in these barrels for an extended period, typically between 10 to 12 months, allowing it to develop complex flavours and textures.
