Covering some 46 hectares, the Reichsgraf von Kesselstatt estate incorporates some of the finest vineyards in the Mosel, Saar and Ruwer. Situated in the Mosel town of Piesport, Goldtröpfchen is a steeply sloping vineyard with rocky shale soils and is renowned for producing intensely fruit-driven yet immensely complex and mineral-infused Rieslings. The 2016 Kabinett has pure and vivid notes of melon, peach, nectarine and wet slate. It was bottled with 55.2g/L residual sugar.
