Redbreast 18 Year Old is a limited-edition pot still whiskey produced at the Midleton Distillery in County Cork, Ireland. The Redbreast 18 Year Old is a masterpiece of Irish whiskey. This single pot still whiskey was aged for 18 years in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels, oloroso Sherry casks, cream Sherry casks, and ruby Port casks. It offers a tapestry of dried fruit, spice and vanilla on the noswe. On the palate, it is smooth and silky, with notes of honey, caramel and nuts. Warming oak spice notes linger on the finish.
