Rafael Palacios Louro 2019
Louro is made from small parcels of Godello with an average age of 25 years, grown at over 600m above sea level in the municipality of O Bolo. Fermented in 35 hectolitre French oak foudres prior to 4 months maturation on lees, this is a wonderfully bright and fresh wine, characterised by its intense notes of citrus, stone fruits, wild flowers, fennel and seaspray. The perfect wine for seafood!
