Domaine François Carillon Puligny-Montrachet Les Combettes 2020 is a full-bodied Burgundy white wine from the Premier Cru climat of Les Combettes in the Côte de Beaune. Based in Puligny-Montrachet, Domaine François Carillon is a family-owned estate covering approximately 6.5 hectares of vineyards. It produces a total of 18 different cuvées, from appellations in Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Saint-Aubin. This is the Domaine’s Premier Cru ‘Les Combettes’ made from vines that were planted in the early 1990s. " A cool, pure, airy and restrained nose grudgingly reveals its aromas of essence of white orchard fruit, citrus and plethora of floral wisps. The equally pure and utterly delicious middle weight flavours possess a caressing mouthfeel while displaying very fine length on the bitter lemon-inflected finish.
