Puligny Montrachet Les Chalumeaux de Montille (Kosher) 2020

With a family heritage that can be traced back to the 17th century, Domaine de Montille is renowned as one of the finest producers in Burgundy. The estate has been practising organic farming since 1995 and biodynamic since 2005. This particular release hails from the Premier Cru ‘Les Chalumeaux’, where the estate owns a 0.30-hectare plot. The nose is beautifully tart and precise, evoking aromas of ripe Meyer lemon, lime, honeysuckle, chamomile, lavender, roasted almonds, sweet oak, and lovely minerality. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, revealing notes of citrus fruit, honeyed almond pie, peach, freshly baked butter-infused apple pie, pear, apricot, and honeysuckle.
