Based in the village of Corpeau, Jean-Charles Fagot took over the Domaine from his father in the mid-1990s and never looked back. Jean-Charles is also the owner of a restaurant – Auberge du Vieux Vigneron – which has a great range of wines on the list. This Puligny-Montrachet is another highlight of his portfolio, exuding notes of yellow citrus, subtle overtones of orchard fruit, and a framing of judiciously chosen new oak.
