Providence is a rum made by the Distillerie de Port-au-Prince in Haiti. It is made from fresh sugar cane syrup, which is distilled in a copper pot still and then aged for 3 years in ex-Caroni rum casks. This gives the rum a rich, complex flavour profile with hints of vanilla, caramel, and spice. It was bottled at 52.14% ABV, and it has a limited availability.
