This is a blend of the oldest eaux-de-vie from Maison Polignac that are up to 100 years old. The nose suggests vanilla and cinnamon, harmoniously spiced. The palate is soft, with notes of underwood, musk, with a light finish of chocolate and coffee. The cognac is presented in a very luxurious Sèvres crystal decanter.
