Jérôme Prévost is a small, independent champagne producer based in the village of Gueux. Like his fellow récoltant-manipulants, Prévost focuses on site-specific bottlings primarily dedicated to one grape and one vintage. Fac-Simile is an extra brut rosé made with 100% Pinot Meunier sourced from his single vineyard Les Béguines. Expect a vinous profile, with a core of red fruit and plenty of creaminess and energy.
