This is a beautiful, lighter style of Wachau Grüner Veltliner made by the superb winemaker, Dr Toni Bodenstein. It is bright, vibrant and brilliantly balanced, offering classically varietal notes of citrus, herbs, white pepper and wet slate. This would make an excellent pairing to Asian dishes with lots of aromatic herbs, such as summer spring rolls with pork, mint and basil.
