Post Scriptum is a collaboration between renowned winemakers Bruno Prats, former owner of Château Cos d`Estournel in Bordeaux, and Charles Symington, a member of the prestigious Symington family, known for their long-standing history in the Douro Valley and the Port wine industry. The partnership, known as Prats & Symington, was established in 1998 and focuses on producing high-quality, terroir-driven red wines from the Douro Valley. Post Scriptum is often considered the ‘second wine’ of the flagship, Chryseia, from the same partnership. It is crafted from a blend of traditional Douro grape varieties, such as Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, and Tinta Barroca, sourced from the Quinta de Roriz and Quinta da Perdiz estates.
