Cask Noir Port Dundas 17 Year Old Ghost Of The Hill is a special-edition age-statement single grain whisky produced at the former Port Dundas Distillery and bottled as part of the Brave New Spirits Company`s Cask Noir range. This Lowland grain whisky was matured in a single first-fill Château Lafite Bordeaux wine barrique and bottled at a cask strength of 58%. Finishing in an ex-Bordeaux barrel has added rich red fruit notes to the classic buttered popcorn and vanilla flavours of this 17-year-old single grain dram.
