A powerful Tuscan red made with 95% Sangiovese and 5% Canaiolo and Colorino and aged for 16-18 months in French oak tonneaux. Wine writer Kerin O`Keefe describes the vintage as follows, "aromas of ripe black-skinned fruit, camphor and French oak. Full-bodied and concentrated, the palate offers steeped prune, cherry marinated in spirits and liquorice framed in fine-grained tannins. Drink through 2026."
