Since 1982, Gary Pisoni has poured his energy into making distinguished wine from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Syrah using meticulous, state-of-the-art viticulture. The 2018 Lucia Chardonnay is produced from select barrels of the Pisoni and Soberanes vineyards that are located in the Santa Lucia Highlands AVA, Monterey County. These two vineyards combine to produce a complex and seamless wine, the higher-elevation Pisoni Vineyard contributing delicious notes of baked apple, pear and lemon curd, and the rocky Soberanes Vineyard providing signature notes of citrus blossom and wet stone.
