A Kentucky Rye with notes of apples, liquorice, baking spice and black sugar. The finish is peppery and lifted with notes of dried fruit and apricot. Bourbon N Rye is the first release of straight rye whiskey produced by Pinhook. The traditional mashbill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley has over 24 months of barrel age and was blended and proofed by Sean Josephs at Castle & Key Distillery in Millville, KY.
