Operated by the eighth generation of the Paillard family, Antoine and Quentin Paillard, this champagne producer is steeped in family tradition. Crafted from two plots of Ludes Premier cru [Les Hautes Pertes and Les Vigneulles de Devant], this Blanc de Noirs, made entirely from Pinot Meunier, underwent a 10-month barrel ageing process and spent 48 months aging on lees sealed with corks.
